Federal and state leaders will be in Shanksville today for the 22nd observance of the September 11th attacks. NewsRadio KDKA's Shelby Cassesse has the story: [This is Governor Josh Shapiro's first 9/11 commemoration in the state's top office. He'll be at the Flight 93 Memorial - remembering the United flight believed to be headed for Washington DC before passengers and crew thwarted the attack and caused the plane to crash in Somerset County.  Monday's events at the Flight 93 Memorial include a moment of remembrance, where the names of passengers and crew are read aloud. There is also a wreath laying ceremony. ]
