GRACE BEYOND HUMAN EFFORT

Scripture “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain.” — 1 Corinthians 15:10 Devotional Message: Grace beyond human effort reminds us that God’s work in our lives is not sustained by striving, performance, or self-reliance. No matter how disciplined or gifted we are, spiritual growth and true transformation come from God’s grace, not human strength. Human effort has limits, but grace has no boundaries. Grace empowers what effort cannot achieve—it lifts the weary, restores the broken, and enables obedience where willpower fails. When you stop striving and begin trusting, grace begins to work freely in and through you. Living by grace means depending daily on God’s supply rather than your ability. It is grace that carries you through weakness, strengthens you in obedience, and completes what God has begun in your life. Today, Ask Yourself Am I relying on my own effort, or fully trusting God’s grace to work in my life? Prayer Father, help me to rest in Your grace beyond my own effort. Teach me to depend on You completely and not on my strength. Let Your grace work powerfully in me, accomplishing what I cannot do on my own. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
