Grace for Speed!

The Spirit told Philip, “Go to that chariot and stay near it.” 30. Then Philip ran up to the chariot and heard the man reading Isaiah the prophet. “Do you understand what you are reading?” Philip asked. INSPIRATION: In track events, the fastest runner wins the race. But this is not often so in spiritual or real life context. The book of Ecclesiastics backs this up: "I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all" (Eccl. 9: 11). Time and chance are products of grace. There's so much you can do when grace is involved and engaged. Paul argues, "‭But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me" (1 Cor 15:10). Grace doesn't take the place of labour; it wears it beautiful ornaments to make us stand out. You become sluggish, lacking speed when grace is absent. You spend so much time to get things done. Grace helps you to outdo competitors. God's speed moves you to do, accomplish and be more within a short time! TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭Speed may not be in relation to distance covered as it is with the turnover result in a shorter time. PRAYER: Dear Lord, I receive grace for speed and ease of accomplishments. I've access to divinely inspired ideas that put me ahead of my competitors. The markets are favourable to me in every season and in every place because God's hands are upon me. I'm guided when and where to make moves to my advantage, in Jesus name.
