As these challenging times continue we may find ourselves in unwelcome situations or conversations. With all the uncertainty its not always easy to have grace (courteous goodwill) with people. There is an energy of disruption, plain old crankiness and fear which can cause behaviour that is not comfortable. Haven't we all in the last couple of months said things in frustration that we wish that we did not? We are in this, like it or not. So how do we tap into grace when its challenging?
