Grace Upon Grace
from Fellowship Church Middlebrook Hosted by Fellowship Church
Grace Upon Grace August 2, 2026 • Greg Pinkner • Ephesians 1:3–18 This Gospel Sunday, Greg Pinkner teaches from Ephesians 1, explaining that grace is the foundation of the Christian life—extending from before creation, meeting us at salvation, and carrying us into eternity. Salvation cannot be earned through good works because it is entirely God’s gift, given for the praise of His glory. While Christians often focus on the grace that saved them in the past, the gospel also promises future grace through the Holy Spirit, spiritual growth, resurrection, and an eternal inheritance with God. Discipleship is the ongoing process of learning to live in this grace, trusting God through sin, weakness, suffering, and the difficulties of following Christ. Because God’s promises are secured by His power and glory, believers can have an unshakable hope that there is more grace ahead of them than behind them and that God will faithfully bring them home.
