Grace upon Grace Episode 5: Alive unto God

Galatians 2:19-20, “For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” When Jesus was on the earth, He showed us the heart of the Father. He is the exact representation of the Father’s nature. When He came, He came full of grace and truth. Jesus didn’t come to condemn the world, He came to show us the kindness and goodness of the Father because it is the kindness of God that leads people to repentance. (Romans 2:4) Everything Jesus did was full of grace and it drew people to Him. Even those who were considered the “worst” sinners knew that they could come to Jesus and receive forgiveness and the restoration they were so desperately looking for. They were looking for life, and they knew that Jesus had what they needed because He was full of grace and truth.
