Grace upon Grace Episode 8: The ministry of reconciliation

II Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭19‬ ‭ “that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.” We’ve been given the ministry of reconciliation! That means we have the wonderful privilege to let those around us know that they have been forgiven, that God is not mad at them, in fact, God has forgiven their sins, they simply need to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. What God has done in Jesus was a gift available to anyone who would receive it. God doesn’t consider one group of people as cleansed and the other group unclean. When God gave that vision of the food to Peter, God was declaring that to Him, all people are cleansed and are worthy of Salvation because grace has made it available to all.
