Graduating from Trauma Drive

from What People Miss

Graduating from Trauma Drive I have really been enjoying being in the subtle noticing of my ways of being. This deeper level of self-awareness is so very enriching and kind! It is intriguing how I am becoming a vortex for healing and wholeness…not just for me but for those who are drawn to me. And those who are drawn to me are the me I was six years ago deep in trauma drive. Like the things my previous mentors told would happen is starting to happen. You may be thinking what is trauma drive? It is that unkind cycle of noticing what you didn’t do or who kept you from “being great” or I should have done…sound familiar? How did you create that? It is NOT your fault that these are your default choices. It is:👉🏾One part what is etched ion your DNA👉🏾One part what you observed or experienced in your environment (home, school, work, etc.)👉🏾One part as a result as part one and two, your body has become accustomed to that way of being👉🏾One part as a result of your muscle memory, your nervous system protects you by programming your brain to create patterns of fear, worry, and to protect your egoBasically what people autopilot is trauma drive. My invitation is to Joy Drive! I have graduated from THAT! And I still question whether I am a good Mom…simultaneously releasing that way of being. The kindness I am experiencing is so profound and is my new form of emotional splatter. Yes, that can be a term used for good:) Are you ready to graduate from trauma drive? Let’s talk.
