Graduation rates are improving at Pittsburgh Public Schools. Last year, 86-point-nine percent of high school seniors graduated from Pittsburgh Public. That surpasses goals of 83-point-six percent, previously set by the district. Superintendent Wayne Walters made the announcement at Tuesday’s education committee meeting: He says this is the third year of continued growth for the city's public schools.
