The conference call focused on asylum-seeking migrants being released into border communities by the Department of Homeland Security.During the news conference, Graham said he and Cuellar had sent a joint letter to President Biden urging former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson be brought in to deal with the land border migration issue.
