That should speak volumes for the disastrous Los Angeles and California state leadership. So why not Las Vegas? The devil's playground in exchange for California nightmare ...uhhh...I mean California dreamin. The 64th GRAMMY Awards will start at 5 pm PT, that is 1 am GMT (UK). The red carpet will as usual begin 2 hours ahead of the main ceremony. ANDDD...
