Grand Canyon Lopes: Mountain West's Resilient Team

Grand Canyon Universitys mens basketball team, the Antelopes, completed their inaugural season in the Mountain West Conference with a 20-12 record, including 13-7 in league play. They finished tied for third place but lost in the tournaments first round to Nevada. Senior Jaden Henley, who averaged 17.7 points per game, earned first-team all-conference honors. Despite a drop in scoring depth due to transfers, the team returns key players like Makaih Williams, Stromer, and freshman Efe Demirel, setting them up for a stronger run in the upcoming season.
