Grand rising, Opening of the heart

Alright, let’s get started! Hello class, there are five elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. But today we start with Water, that’s the rain you hear falling down; light that day and was evening at that time when recorded. You also hear the insects lightly in the back ground as you are sitting out in your front yard, that would be earth. The singing bole you hear is for the heart. You must keep your heart light when connecting to the higher realms and to connect to your spirit… your true self and loved ones. We help you with this today. Warning, you may be very emotional and things may come up for you that you may have kept berried for quite some time. This is normal, just relax and let it happen so that they can be released. Once you are done, you will find that you feel much lighter and wait had been lifted off of your shoulders. If you have been having trouble with sleep, then this perhaps may help with that as well.
