'GRANDMA, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL': The 9 minute TV segment that was illegal to watch

CHANNEL 96 is one of our favourite channels – but even it may have fallen foul of Albo’s new gun laws. The program "How It's Made" recently featured the restoration of an 1886 lever action rifle— covering the making of a stock, engraving of the stock, restoration of the trigger and lever, barrel bluing and engraving of the receiver. The problem is Albo’s new gun laws make this illegal – meaning that both Channel 9 and anyone who watched the program may have broken the law – and risk (at least theoretically) being put away for up to 5 years. We break down how this law works and why it captures innocent viewers. It’s part of the stupidity we saw come out of Federal Labor – and publicly supported by several of its MPs.
