Grant Doorey - Being comfortable being uncomfortable

This week’s episode is with Grant Doorey. Grant has coached in the professional space for over 20 years which lead to him coaching at 4 World Cups. He is also a World Rugby Educator and a facilitator and coach mentor at IRAA the International Rugby Academy of Australia. During our chat we spoke about How do we measure success and being able to celebrate progress. Having a coaching team and being able to use multiple coaches during a session and as coaches we are the providers of clarity. Having training sessions that allow your players to problem solve on the run which will build both confidence and resilience in your team.
