Grants for Food Waste Reduction in Phoenix

Send us a text and chime in!Restaurant owners can receive a micro-grant for reducing food loss and waste through Project REDUCE. In its third year, Project REDUCE will award restaurants with [post_excerpt],000 micro-grants to implement simple, creative, innovative, and money-saving food waste prevention projects. Restaurants participating in Project REDUCE will receive hands-on training and technical assistance from a local Chef, Chris Lenza. Restaurants will also be showcased by the City of Phoenix through Project REDUCE week – a week-long recognition event to promote participating restaurants.
