GRASP Academy Hero Walk with Melissa Settles and Roben Faircloth from GRASP PTA

Melissa Settles and Roben Faircloth from GRASP PTA, came by the show to talk about GRASP Academy Hero Walk, on February 22, 2019. The purpose of their walkathon is to spread the word about the school and to raise funds for much needed school projects and learning aids for the students. Due to students having various learning challenges related to their dyslexic traits, the school needs much more funding than the traditional public school. Their needs exceed the normal budget allotted for typical public school so their walkathon means so much because the children are the real HEROS!
