Each day I write down at least 3 things that I am grateful for. I do this no matter what is going on in my life, where I am or how I feel that day. I have done this for many years of my life and it has profoundly changed me, and how I look at the world. Choosing what we see is as important as how we act once we notice those things, and having gratitud to everything that happens for us is a key to living an abundant life. This Thanksgiving, let's start paying attention to those little meaningful, sentimental things we already have in your life. Gratitude is an amazing ingredient to motivate us to shift.
