Gratitude and its meaningfulness

Since we're coming up on a very special time here around our world and also in the US Thanksgiving time that it's about gratitude. I also will talk about a little bit of the energies we're in too. Gratitude is something that a lot of people think yeah it works but then at the same time though it's always a tricky thing to negotiate when you are just in the lowness of your life. I know a lot of us at this time of the year go through the grief process. I can tell you though that gratitude is something that when you sit in it it can actually pull you out of many emotions because you cannot be in gratitude and in depression at the same time. I will share some of my personal stories of how I have negotiated gratitude to get out depressed moments.
