Today, we take three minutes in gratitude for the food we have. For the amimals that gave their lives so we may be nourished. For the farmers who tended fields and grew our food. If you didn’t cook your meal, be thankful for those who did. For the abundant health that eating healthy food gives you. Let us all be grateful for making good for choices. If you have the opportunity today or in this upcoming weekend to visit a farmers market you will not only be able to purchase very fresh local and organic foods but in most cases meet the farmers who grew it. Thanking them will feel fantastic!
