As successful author, coach, businesswoman and the founder of We Speak Color Inc., she is widely known for expertise in the area of the human temperament and for her incredible book Color By Design. The book is entertaining and written for the everyday person, yet based on fundamental scientific and psychological principles of the human design that Jessie uses to help us understand ourselves and those around us, leading to transformation, reconciliation and growth both in our personal and professional lives. Jessie is also preparing to launch her second book, The Ways of a Business Analyst, in March of 2022.  Jessie is a faith-filled woman, holds a degree from Regent University and has extensive international experience, having worked or served in 16 nations. As an IIBA Certified Business Analyst, she leverages her wealth of business practice experience combined with her expertise in the human temperament arena, to create a truly remarkable and unique offering that is easy to apply.  Jessie loves helping others grow, sometimes that's personally and sometimes in business.
