You can stay seated or lie down. You’re welcome to close your eyes or keep them open, whichever feels most comfortable for you. Now, allow yourself to tune into your mind, body, and spirit. As I share each affirmation, I want you to notice the power of speaking truth in through your words. I want you to let each word saturate your spirit, your heart, your mind, and your body. If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to repeat these words of affirmation out loud. 'I am grateful for the love in my life.''I am worthy of all the good things happening to me.'Allow these affirmations to sink in, to become a part of you.
