Gratitude: The forest whispers: It’s all about listening and sharing.

Episode 6 honors Gratitude, the Golden Key to all blessings. Inspired by my acknowledgement of the creative power of hands, my eyes persist on being open to all the hands that surround us, transforming the world. I share two of my Thanksgiving rituals, the Gathering Golden Gratitude ritual and the preparation of our meal, Ajiaco, in honor of my Colombian heritage. My hands also continue their creative projects, and this week, I painted a surprising crucifixion that allowed me to exorcise the pain at the many sacred seeds of our future being sacrificed, needlessly, all around the world. My own art on walls takes us back to the value of the art on the rock cliffs in the amazon, inspired by their reverence of the cosmos and nature, and through them, reaching across time, the forest continues to whisper: It's all about listening and sharing.
