Graves omisiones en el historial del próximo jefe del ejército: Juan Alberto Cedillo

El general Luis Cresencio Sandoval González fue designado como próximo titular de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional por el presidente electo Andrés Manuel López Obrador el 22 de octubre. Dijo que antes de nombrarlo investigó el historial en derechos humanos de Sandoval González y lo encontró limpió. Pero este historial podría no estar tan limpió, dijo en Cosa Pública 2.0 el periodista Juan Alberto Cedillo. El corresponsal de la revista Proceso dio cuenta de que cuando ocurrió la masacre de los Zetas en Allende, Coahuila en marzo de 2011 y durante el control de ese cártel del penal de Piedras Negras, el general Sandoval González estaba al mando el ejército en la zona militar. Juan Alberto Cedillo aseguró que no hay forma de que el próximo titular de Sedena no estuviera enterado de estos hechos, por lo que tiene al menos responsabilidad en la omisión de no actuar para impedirlos.
