I especially want to mention our friend Chumley and ask you to think of his family at this time of year. Here's to another amazing year. Oh and before I forget we also did some prank calls this week. One man is a real Knut to Ron and will be dealt with tomorrow, one man is very unhappy with his online purchases, one lady wants a good moan about her airline, one man has a greasy footed fiance to buy Christmas gifts for and one man goes and orders food to the wrong address like a fool, and we made ourselves welcome in a couple of meetings too!
