Great Expectations Chapter XXIV

In which we observe the young gentleman settling into his new surroundings and undertaking the earnest pursuit of education under the vigilant guidance of a devoted tutor, while navigating the practicalities of London life with the assistance of his guardian. We are also introduced to the peculiar and formidable environment of his guardian’s legal establishment, wherein the peculiar characters and solemn business of the law are brought vividly to light.
