Great Holiday Expectations

The holiday season can be challenging for first responders. There is always going to be first responders on shift during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. In this episode, Chris and Rebecca talk about the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to holidays for first responders. We'll get real about our own experiences and what we've done to release some of those expectations of ourselves so we can be present and enjoy the time we do have with our families.
