Great is He Who is in You

Today's Promise: 1 John 4:4 Satan may be working in the world around you, but this promise is a reminder that the Holy Spirit in you is greater than the powers of darkness around you.   Two kingdoms are at work in our world: the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. One brings life, redemption, and fellowship with God. The other traffics in deception, destruction, and fear. But as a follower of Christ, you don't stand defenseless. Because of Jesus' victory on the cross and His triumph over the grave, the "Prince of this World" has already been defeated.   You'll be encouraged to stand firm against false teaching, resist temptation, and boldly declare the truth: Christ in you is greater.   If you've been battling fear or spiritual opposition, this episode will strengthen your faith and remind you that you can live in victory, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
