GREAT LEADERS PREPARE THOSE IN THEIR CHARGE FOR FUTURE LEADERSHIP

GREAT LEADERS PREPARE THOSE IN THEIR CHARGE FOR FUTURE LEADERSHIP “There are many reasons a leader might be reticent to training and preparing the people they lead to one day lead themselves. First and I believe most common is a mild form of codependency. The leader needs to be needed. Second is the fear they will work themselves out of a job and accidentally replace themselves. Finally, among the most common reasons leaders do not invest in the future leadership roles of those in their charge is the fear that too many leaders and no producers will mean the overall production will suffer. All of these are possible but need not be if you are a great leader. Great leaders empower others.” J Loren Norris WATCH THE VIDEO 9-6-23: https://rumble.com/v3fb5xs-great-leaders-prepare-those-in-their-charge-for-future-leadership.html Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Miss something?
