Greatness Looks Like Service

The world often defines leadership by titles, authority, and recognition. Jesus defines it by service. In Mark 10:42–45, Christ turns leadership upside down, reminding us that true greatness isn’t found in being served, but in serving others. He doesn’t reject leadership—He transforms it. As we step into a new week, this passage challenges us to ask: Are we pursuing status, or are we building trust? Are we seeking recognition, or reflecting Christ through humility and sacrifice? In our work, our influence, and our daily interactions, may we lead the way Jesus did—with quiet faithfulness and love given freely.
