Greedy Mariani

Ahoy, my friends! Welcome aboard the Afro Tales podcast. Join your Griot, Amon Mazingo, as we navigate through the intriguing tale of Greedy Mariani, a woman whose insatiable greed leads her down a dark and unexpected path. Living alone on a high road, Mariani's quick temper and scolding tongue make her a notorious figure among travelers seeking shelter. When a mysterious man arrives with bags of silver, her greed blinds her to the consequences of her actions. A poignant lesson about the dangers of excessive desire and the importance of humility.
