Greek-Australian actor Philippos Ziakas tells his story on the Arvo Flow with Ellis Gelios

Born in Greece, Philippos Ziakas migrated to Australia with his family at the age of twelve and began a new life in Port Elliot in South Australia without being able to speak English. He went on to begin his professional acting career on stage, starring in The Gods of Strangers (2018) for State Theatre Company in South Australia as well as appearing in the 2020 ABC drama Stateless. Ziakas tells his story on the Arvo Flow, including a hilarious chance encounter with Hollywood star Dev Patel while working as a waiter at Eros in Adelaide.
