Green Bay prepares for November election, after duplicate ballot snafu

Local clerks across Wisconsin are already gearing up for the midterm election in November. Officials in Green Bay can expect an extra layer of scrutiny, after the city’s former clerk mistakenly sent out duplicate ballots to absentee voters in the last two elections.
