Green Bay’s Bob Balsley honored in tribute concert

Can music make a difference?  Teri Barr introduces us to Green Bay based musician, Bob Balsley. The 76-year-old has taught thousands to play guitar and shared his songs around the world.  He was also recently honored with two sold out shows at The Tarlton Theatre in Green Bay – tribute concerts celebrating Bob’s life and music.  Here’s Bob’s incredible story.
