Featuring the latest news in activist campaigns and struggles against oppression fighting for a better world with anti-capitalist analysis on current affairs and international politics. Our May Day Special featured a discussion from our presenters on the significance of May Day, the struggles of workers today in the age of COVID-19 and reporting on planned walk-outs of essential workplaces in the United States.Our program also featured speeches from the  ‘Workers fightback: No worker left behind’ forum organised by Socialist Alliance & Green Left along with a recording of a speech by Annette Herra a NTEU Melbourne University activist about the fight-back occuring right now to save higher education.The economic crisis created by COVID 19 has meant that millions of workers in Australia today are facing the prospect of no work, no pay and an unstable future. The most vulnerable workers like casuals, visa holders and immigrants are left on the scrap heap while Morrison gives free handouts to business the online recording featured a panel of union leaders and workers in key unions such as Tim Kennedy from UWU, David Ball from MUA, and Helen-Masterman Smith from NTEU who presented their ideas and experiences on how we must unite and fight back so that no worker is left behind, the public sector is strengthened and company rorts are smashed.
