Care for our most vulnerable has been very questionable and globally this Pandemic has shown our weakness in how we care for our elders. Here in Canada, we have seen health care workers get overrun and overwhelmed. We have watch condition like dementia grow worse because of a lack of social interaction. Simply put our brain are hard-wired to connect with others and it is damaging to the psyche to be locked away from each. Governments and global health organizations have been working on how to protect our older population.
