Green Zone Japan
from Hempresent · host Cannabis Radio
Green Zone Japan with Naoko Miki and Yuji Masataka. The two of them founded Green Zone Japan as a medical cannabis advocacy group. Its main focus is bringing evidence-based, accurate and up-to-date information on medical cannabis to Japanese medical professionals and the general public. Naoko Miki, Green Zone Japan's Program Director, is a translator by trade. She first became interested in medical cannabis when she translated one of Peter McWilliams' books, "LOVE 101," and learned the circumstances of his death. In 2010, Naoko translated "Marijuana Is Safer" by Mason Tvert, Steve Fox and Paul Armentano (who has been a guest on this show), and created an FB page for the book where she started advocating for legalization in Japan.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
