‘Greeting Grief’ With Bex Mastin

On this episode of The Power of Love Show we welcome special guest, Bex Mastin. Bex Mastin is a public health professional, hospice volunteer, and founder of ‘Greeting Grief’, a grieving card company. Grief became a constant companion in Bex’s life after her dad passed away from liver cancer in 2012. Recognizing that his birthday was still an event she wished to acknowledge, Bex would buy and write birthday cards to him every year since his passing. But she often felt frustrated that most of the birthday messages were meant for living people, and never felt that her relationship was seen by the greeting card industry. Bex created Greeting Grief specifically for people going through grief and loss, and hopes that these cards provide a space for people to process their emotions and connect to their grief. Bex lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two cats.
