The Town Watch Integrated Services (TWIS) is a City of Philadelphia public safety program that trains, organizes, and equips local residents to run neighborhood watch groups. Operating under the Office of Public Safety from 30 S. 15th St., Philadelphia, PA, TWIS helps communities document suspicious activity, combat blight, and run cleanups.
