A second-generation Chinese American, he helped develop The Daniel Project, a leadership acceleration program for Asian American InterVarsity staff. He frequently speaks on campuses, in churches, and at conferences, and currently serves on the boards of Wheaton College and of The Evangelical Covenant Church. He is the author of several books, including Your Mind’s Mission (an Urbana Onward book).
