Greg Lynn granted retrial for Carol Clay murder

A Victorian Court of Appeal has ordered a retrial for Greg Lynn, a former Jetstar pilot, over the murder of Carol Clay. Three justices determined there was a substantial likelihood of a miscarriage of justice in the original trial.
