Greg Marcus - Small steps create big changes

from starTEDover's podcast · host Ted Riter

My guest today on starTEDover is Greg Marcus who shares his story of transitioning from marketing to stay-at-home-parenting to authoring to being a student once again. Greg Marcus is a serial reinventor. Sometimes by choice, sometimes by learning the hard way. He is the founder of American Mussar, author of the The Spiritual Practice of Good Actions: Finding Balance Through the Soul Traits of Mussar and Rabbi in training at the Academy of Jewish Religion of California. He brings an everyday perspective to his teaching, with a broad background including a Ph.D in biology from MIT, a ten year career as a marketer in the genomics industry, and ten years as a stay at home parent.
