Greg O’Brien was 59 years old when diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, unmasked by doctors after suffering a serious head injury. The award-winning  journalist, husband, and father of three, lost his mother, father, paternal grandfather, and paternal uncle to Alzheimer’s.Greg learned from his beloved mother, Virginia, what it means to truly live with Alzheimer’s, and it was her inspiration that prompted him to write and speak openly about his own diagnosis.  Ever since, Greg has been chronicling his thoughts, addressing medical conferences and Alzheimer’s support groups around the world.
