Gregory started his stand-up career in San Francisco and later appeared on The Tonight Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien and recorded a special for HBO and two for Comedy Central. He landed a job on Sex and the City as a script consultant that led him to co-authoring the New York Times best seller He's Just Not That Into You which later became a major motion picture. He also hosted the talk show the Greg Behrendt Show and Greg Behrendt's Wake-Up Call. He currently is back to doing stand up comedy and performing with his band the Reigning Monarchs.
