Gregory David Roberts escaped from an Australian prison in the 1980's and fled to India where he worked with the Bombay mafia for ten years before eventually being re-arrested and sent back to prison. It was there that he wrote the novel Shantaram which would go on to become an international bestseller. He joins me from Jamaica to chat about spirtuality, heroin, telepathy, and all things creativity.
