The Company invests primarily in the United Kingdom and European smaller public companies, applying private equity type of techniques and due diligence, alongside a value investment philosophy to construct a portfolio. In addition to publicly quoted companies, the Company may also invest approximately 30% of the portfolio in selected unquoted securities, including preference shares, convertible instruments, limited partnership interests and other forms of investments.
