The Teacher I Never Wanted: Grief

Exploring consciousness, creativity, transformation, philosophy, art and the unseen.Reflections on being human.Grief arrived in my life like a storm I couldn't escape. After losing my mother and stepfather within weeks of one another, I found myself in a place I had never known before a darkness so complete that everything I thought I understood about myself, my life, and the world seemed to disappear. In this reflection, I share what happened when I stopped resisting that experience.Rather than trying to overcome grief, I learned to sit with it, listen to it, and allow it to become one of the greatest teachers I have ever known. This conversation explores grief, consciousness, presence, transformation, time, and the quiet wisdom that can emerge when life strips away everything we thought was certain. If you've experienced profound loss, I hope these reflections remind you that you're not alone. The Biba Frequency is an exploration of consciousness through conversation, art, creativity and lived experience.Website:https://thebibafrequency.comIf this conversation resonates with you, I'd love to hear what grief has taught you.Stay curious.#Grief #Healing #Consciousness #spiritualgrowth #thebibafrequency Music Credit:'The Long Dark' by Scott Buckley - released under CC-BY 4.0.http://www.scottbuckley.com.au
