Grief Has No Manners
from Authentically You
Grief doesn't always look like sadness. Sometimes it looks like anger. Numbness. Guilt. Relief. Confusion. Even laughter—and then feeling guilty for laughing. In this episode, we're getting honest about grief and the emotions that can show up when we lose someone we love. I'm sharing pieces of my own grief journey, including the feelings I didn't expect, the ones I didn't recognize at first, and what I've learned about actually allowing myself to process them instead of being ashamed of them. We'll talk about what the grief process really looks like, why there is no "right" way to grieve, and how healing doesn't mean forgetting, moving on, or no longer missing them. Grief is complicated. It's messy. And sometimes the most healing thing we can do is stop judging ourselves for how it shows up and simply allow ourselves to feel it. You don't have to grieve the way everyone else thinks you should. You just have to be honest about what your heart is carrying. 📩 Join my newsletter for exclusive insights, podcast updates, and free downloads designed to support your healing journey. https://www.healingfeatherstherapy.com/authenticallyronda 📱 Follow me on Instagram @authenticallyronda for behind-the-scenes moments, encouragement, and daily reminders that you don't have to carry it all alone.
