Grief, Motherhood, and bringing the colour back into your life; with Jessie-Lucas

n this episode Jessie, owner of @beautifulmamas on Instagram and Mother to a baby boy, takes us on her own journey with grief and how it has impacted her life. After Jessie’s Father died suddenly soon after giving birth to her first child, she had to navigate the balancing act of grieving her Dad whilst caring for a newborn - a feat that would be incredibly difficult for anyone. Despite her Dad passing less than a year ago, Jessie’s outlook on her life is incredibly inspiring. She talks us through those early days of grief and caring for her baby and how it’s pushed her to start running her own business.
