Grief Support from the Spirit of God (Owning my Grief)

God knows who we are, and he knows the smarting pain of our grief.  Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (including grief) he is with me.  God does not abandon us when we are deeply troubled by hurt or pain.  We find rest in his love and care.  He knows how much we can bear and what we cannot bear he bears with us and for us.  My unspeakable pain is not mine alone he makes it his pain too.
